Le Salbuen specializes in global inspired organic farm-to-table meat, vegetarian, vegan and gluten-free dishes. Chefs John and Christina Salierno celebrate the cycle of seasons using local and organic produce, meats, dairy products and artisnal goods. They take pride in crafting menus from the seasonal harvest of farmers they know & trust. Using only the finest ingredients, their meals are cooked in organic coconut oils & organic olive oils.
With Chef Christina's Portuguese roots, John's Brooklyn melting pot and French, Indian, and Mediterranean influences, together they created a very unique menu.
Share a local and organic meal with family and friends as you create lasting memories in a warm European setting. Taking their personal style into their meals, products and ambiance, they created an environment with handpicked and personal installed aesthetics using Brooklyn salvaged bricks, PA barn wood plants and quaint marble table tops. A setting that will take you as far away as you can dream.
